Mr. Sean Yuan received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the Vanderbilt University Law School.  Immediately after graduation, he passed the California Bar Examination and became a licensed attorney in California.  He is admitted before the California Supreme Court, Federal District Court, and the Federal 9th Circuit Court to practice law.  He has worked for the California appellate court, and has substantial experience in immigration practice, business and real estate transactions, and asset planning.  Mr. Yuan is known for processing complicated and challenging immigration petitions with the Immigration Services.  Mr. Yuan also owns a Master of Engineering degree from the Lehigh University.  Before he started his law career, Mr. Yuan was a practicing civil engineer for several years. He also possesses a California professional civil engineer license. Mr. Yuan can speak and write fluent Chinese and English.
